I specialize in helping clients struggling with burnout, grief after loss, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, end-of-life issues find encouragement, support, and the ability to find peace, hope, joy and direction again.
If you are asking yourself "What support do I need to stop surviving and start thriving?", "What am I tolerating right now that’s draining my energy?", or "What would a well-rested version of me do differently?", you could benefit from working with me.
Struggling with grief and transitions, caregiver fatigue, chronic illness, end-of-life issues, job transitions or financial pressures can cause us to feel burnt out on a deep level. Mentally, physically, and spiritually, the feelings of overwhelm, exhaustion, and not feeling like you are enough can be too much sometimes. If you are experiencing the heaviness of any of these issues, I can help you find ways to make life much more manageable regaining your peace again.

Legacy projects are created to share values, stories, and experiences with loved ones or communities when a loved one dies. They help individuals reflect on their lives and the impact they wish to leave behind. This can include documenting personal histories, memory quits, videos, letters, albums, creating memorials, or initiating charitable endeavors.
Vigils and memorials are gatherings held to honor and remember individuals who have passed away or to support a cause. Vigils often involve lighting candles and may include prayers or moments of silence, while memorials can take various forms, such as services or ceremonies that celebrate the life and legacy of the deceased.
Swedish death cleaning, known as "Döstädning," is a decluttering method originating from Sweden. It encourages individuals, particularly the elderly, to sort through their belongings before they pass away. This practice aims to alleviate the burden on loved ones who would otherwise have to manage these possessions after a person's death.
Experiencing grief is something that happens to all of us and one of the things we dread the most. There are many ways and reasons we experience grief. The first step is realizing that grief is a life-long process. It's not something to "get over and move on from", but rather something we carry with us each day. Together, we will talk about what you are dealing with and you will find ways to turn your grief experience into a meaningful journey. Grief coaching provides a way for you to talk about your loss without the fear of answering unwelcome questions or hearing hurtful, or unsolicited advice. I have experienced deep grief, and truly enjoy working with and supporting others who have also had this experience.

What is the difference between coaching and counseling?
A grief coach provides support and guidance to individuals navigating the emotional and practical challenges of grief after a loss. Unlike grief counselors, who focus on processing past emotions, grief coaches help clients build a future-oriented life, set goals, and develop coping mechanisms for the present and future. They offer a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, identify healthy ways to grieve, and discover new strengths and resources.

Richelle is great with clients and has helped many individuals cope and heal from the impacts of anxiety, depression and trauma. In my interactions with her, it is evident that she cares greatly for the work she does and her clients' healing.
